The idea surrounding Possi (Positivity) launched in early 2014 after a couple of years of discussion about the importance of attitude between Keith Dyer and Norm Dominguez.  These discussions were definitely long distance, Keith in Nelspuit (now Mbombela), South Africa and Norm in Scottsdale, AZ, USA.  A desire formed to establish a global Possi Movement that would replace the dominant negativity atmosphere so prevalent in society.  After months of conversation and planning, Keith began forming programs in his community supporting positivity that addressed concerns surrounding unemployment, leadership, unity between business, education and government, and more.
